Personality: Kanna acts alot like her father with a tounge to match. Like her father she tends to go into a serious state when in battle. On rare occations she can tend to be extremly motherly and treat others like her family. Once more, like her father she is a great alli when you earn her trust, if she likes you she will bend over backwards to make sure your at your best but if she doesnt then your better off asking an arrancar for a favor.
Appearance:
When she uses the technique she was taught by her uncle Kai she takes her apperance from when she was ten years old. This is how she looks at all times until she needs to get serious and kill someone.
Her kind of battle mode and her true apperance of a young girl around the age of 21. She is normally smiling when ever someone she knows sees her. She tends to wear alot of clothes like her father from his days leading his pack of phoenix demons in the shadowlands.
History: When Karas was living with his clan in the shadowlands after the war with Aizen ended, he met a demon woman from a tribe of ice demons who was being hunted and was given the full protection of his tribe. Months passed and Karas learned the reason she was being hunted was that she was soon going to have a young girl. Soon after she was born, Kanna land Karas lost her mother to an illness that she had fought long enough to give birth to her daughter. After that Karas took her in as his own daughter. Kanna grew up for the first 5 years of her life watching as her father trained, upon reaching 10 years old she approached him and asked that she could begin training with him. Karas smiled at the idea of being able to spend time with his daughter while he did one of the things he loved. It was after she gained a firm hold on the basics that she begged him to make her into a shinigami so she could be more like him. Karas agreed after having her prove herself and made her into a shinigami the same way Kisuke had made him into one. Walking away from teh experiance a shinigami, Karas soon helped her in her development of her zanpak-to. This resulted in Karas putting her through the same training he and Ichigo had been put through by Kisuke when they both gained their shinigami powers, this in turn earned her her shikai.As the 14 years he dedicated to his training passed, Karas gathered his things along with Kanna, who begged him to take her with him, and returned to the Soul Society to return to his rightful duties. Once the two of them returned to Soul Society Kanna made it her first objective to enroll in the shinigami academy with her father's permission, which he quickly agreed to and enrolled her into the academy right away.
Weakness/Fears: Since her mother died when she was just born she tends to cling to her father more than she should, fearing she will loose him too if she doesn't keep a hold on him.

Personality: She tends to be motherly when it involves Kanna or Karas as she is willing to do anything to keep them safe and together.

Shikai:
A pair of cystal gauntlets and a machanical bow attached to the left gauntlet. The left gauntlet creates arrows of ice that are incredibly hard and almost impossible to break. The arrows are then fired off at rapid speeds at the same time. The arrows have a similar effect to Suzumebachi, when an arrow strikes the first time a lotus forms out of ice on the spot that was struck. This acts as a marker and, while it does no damage what-so-ever, does not break or fade until struck by a second arrow. When struck by the second arrow, the lotus will shatter and ice will form over the area the lotus covered, freezing the spot over and making it virtually useless. When forced into close combat, the bow can detach itself from Kanna's left gauntlet and split in half down the center with the arms freezing over into unbreakable blades, forming a pair of blades that are gripped in each hand.

Other: She tends to wear a white lotus in her hair on the right side of her head. Even though she is an academy student, Kanna has turned down the opportunity to live in the dorms to stay with her father in his home. She was taught a special technique by her uncle Kai among the phoenix demons that his ancestor used to make herself look older even though she was only nine years old. The version Kai taught Kanna is a kind of reverse version of that ability that gives her the apperance of a ten year old girl when she isn't fighting. Unlike her father, her kido abilities are much more advanced. Her skills with kido give her the use of kido up to number 80 with incantations and number 60 without them. Kanna will often spend her free time away from the academy traveling back and forth with her father between Soul Society and her grandpa Kisuke's shop to train with him and her grandma Yourichi to better herself and prepare herself for bankai training to graduate faster then the other students. When in living world, Kanna trains with Uryu to learn not only skills with the bow but also the arts of a Quincy.
